The case that a son of Mizoguchi Atsushi was stabbed in


　On the street where 50m away from his appartment, the son (case time 33 years old) of Mizoguchi Atsushi who works and lives by himself in Tokyo / Mitaka was suddenly hurled at a man from behind and was stabbed in right buttocks at about 10:00 a.m.on January 8, 2006. Because he had had a wallet in his pocket of buttocks, a blade stuck a wallet and a credit card of the inside, and 5cm deep entered buttocks. The son was carried to a hospital by an ambulance and was sewed several stitches and took an interview in Mitaka police station. It was a wound of complete cure in two weeks.

　Just after that, we found the fact that a practice criminal lost his mobile telephone in spot neighborhood. The place where the son was stabbed in was just beside precincts of Shinto shrine. A low fence rotates between road and the precincts ground. The practice criminal escaped after having stabbed him. It is a man of 40’s to 50’s who is tottered. A man stepped over a fence and ran off the precincts, but dropped something when he stepped over a fence. After case outbreak, the police examined the precincts and discovered a mobile telephone and a lighter. There was a number of "boss" or "a brother" on a telephone book of a mobile telephone, and the police smelled out a gang immediately.
　
　 On June 1, 2006, the joint investigation headquarters of the 4th sections of anti-Metropolitan Police Department organized crime measures and Mitaka station arrested U T (53 years old) and U H (43 years old) which lived in Tamadaira, Hino-shi on the suspicion of having done a stab of the son of Mizoguchi Atsushi. Two of them are named a line in kenkoku society in Yamaken group affiliated with Yamaguchigumi.

　 In July of the year, the 4th sections of anti-Metropolitan Police Department organized crime measures arrested Uoyama Kyousuke(59 years old) who is special counselor of kenkoku society in Yamaken group affiliated with Yamaguchigumi for the injury charge .
　
　 All three of them accepted a crime, and, on August 31, the same year, the Tokyo district court Hachioji branch office sentenced UT in penal servitude of a 6 years. And UH in penal servitude of a 4 years. In addition, sentenced penal servitude of a 3 years and 6months for Uoyama on December 18, the same year. Uoyama testifies that himself was directed by a man of an organization, but refuses to testify who it is.
