A son stab case background


Mizoguchi Atsushi wrote signature article "real face of a wisdom general of a battle group, Tukasa Sinobu, the sixth head of Yamaguchigumi" on “monthly gendai” in January issue which released on December 1, 2005. On December 2, 2005, just after the magazine’s release, There was a claim as “correct the article” to an editorial department by the man called himself “a young man”. It was Kazuo Nagano of kenkoku society in Yamaken group.
　On this year July 29, It was announced that the fifth head of Yamaguchigumi/Yoshinori Watanabe retired himself, and Tsukasa Shinobu, the under-boss till the time is going to be the sixth head of Yamaguchigumi in Gang leader temporary direct descendant society. An article of Mizoguchi was the thing which took movement of such Yamaguchiguymi, and there was the one paragraph in the sentence as below.

It is assumed that　the talkes on final decision of the sixth head to Tsukasa was ended by a one-sided offensive by the executives side.
It seems Watanabe former head have been said face to face by the executives side that "Your popularity is too bad. Retire yourself immediately".
When an influential gang leader affiliated with group of Yamaken who was listening beside butts in and said "What do you say to our head”,one of the executives side said　”the person who is not a vassal (direct descendant gang leader) do not say an unnecessary thing and just go down."and turned him down. The aide shut a mouth in this. It seems that Watanabe former head have asked them with nearly kneeled on the ground "I can accepte retire itself. But on the other hand, can you put me on to the president in neither one year nor two years? If not, I will be killed.”
　As a result, a wish of Watanabe former head was refused. No position as neither the president nor the honorary president. He simply retired and became merely a commoner.
　The Watanabe former head took the form of divorce his wife in a family register in summer, 04, but the police speculated that this is a step for escaping and saving the money which Goryokai of Yamaguchigumi direct descendant gained by underground finance. And a commander-in-chief / Asada Mitsuru of Han nan group saved on a family name of Watanabe former head. He resigned and retired without accomplishing the term of gang leader of Yamaguchigumi which is normaly permanent. It is also said that his retirement was for property maintenance.

　Youth Kazuo Nagano of kenkoku society in Yamaken group brought this one paragraph into question and demanded to change it. Nagano says that the phrase of " Watanabe former head have asked them with nearly kneeled on the ground " is especially a problem.
　Mizoguchi argued.
"Hyogo prefectural police admits that the change dramas from the fifth to the sixth head were performed as coup d'etat". The Osaka Yomiuri news paper reported as coup d'etat, too. By the inside information that I got, a coup d'etat drama of a secret room is conveyed in detail. Even an article of "the monthly gendai" is restrained contents. Such as this does not give a concrete person's name.
　What are the grounds if you say correct false? Did you present at a seat of this change drama? Or did you hear a story from somebody who was present ? When I correct it without grounds, I may possibly have to correct it again. And in the first place, I don’t know whether you are a person of what kind of situation or even your name.”
Nagano said excuse him.　
Mizoguchi said conclusively that...
“I correct if it’s well-grounded, but cannot correct if it is not so". But I will consider your intention when an article of "the gendai" will be recorded in a book sometime soon. If kneeling so and so is unpleasant, I can weaken expression or even delete it. In any case, I can’t correct it this time. But next time when you come to Tokyo, I want you to call me. Let’s have a meal together.”
　Nagano said he would do so and the negotiations by the call ended. Mizoguchi thought the problem of "the monthly gendai" was over.
　But the problem was not over.

　 On December 5, There was a phone call to Mizoguchi to say "Can you meet me? " from Kanto unification chairperson of the Yamaken group A. Mizoguchi answered yes and on December 7, He met A in Shinjuku Hilton Hotels.
　A appeared with a young companions,when Mizoguchi waited with an officer M of T publishing company in a robby of the hotel at half past 1 at the daytime of the day. and they were seated to the back rounge of first floor. When both side were seated, A took out one piece of A5 size copied paper, and started to say "correct it." When Mizoguchi look at it well, the same place as Kazuo Nagano made it a problem of “the monthly gendai”was marked in a cirkle with a ball-point pen. Mizoguchi repeated the same answer as what he did to Nagano once again here. It means that he cannot correct it.
　A looked him in the face to make sure, then took out cellular phone and began a call somewhere.
“ I’m with Mizoguchi. He says he will not correct. I will let him drink and eat and wheedle him with handing money from now. Boss, is it okay for you?”
He said very loud.　
　Hideyuki Senoo, a young head of Yamaken group must had been talking with since A said “boss”. A finished a call as if Senoo was provided a permission, and he watched towards Mizoguchi.

　There were the interchanges of a big fuss, but end-all, Mizoguchi and officer M of T publishing company were offered dinner and drink in Tsukiji and Ginza at this night by A.
　And the son of Mizoguchi was stabbed in January, 05. Kazuo Nagano who was just "a young man" of Yamamoto Kuniharu of kenkoku society has been chosen for a direct follower and promoted to an head attendant of the boss Inoue Kunio. It is posssible that his promotion was according to the testimonial of a stabbing.
